It will depend on the child’s size for what age the skirt will fit them best so it is recommended to measure the child. As a general recommendation this size should start fitting them at 4 years old and be full length on them. It should fit them for a few years it will just gradually get a little shorter on them. It is best if their waist is just over the 19” so the elastic is stretched some when being worn. 

Fabric Types:

• Black skirts are 97% cotton, 3% spandex.
• Denim light weight skirts are 100% cotton.
• Denim heavy weight skirts are 100% cotton.
• Dark grey skirts are 95% wool, 5% spandex.
• Medium grey skirts are 38% wool, 32% rayon, 30% polyester.
• Light grey skirts are 100% polyester.
• Brown skirts  are 92% polyester, 8% spandex.
• Green skirts are 92% polyester, 8% spandex.
• Dusty pink skirts are 98% polyester, 2% spandex.

Wash with like colours and hang to dry.
